We’re looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Administrator who can build, manage, and optimize high-performing automation systems.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for building and maintaining GoHighLevel systems across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with our sales and fulfillment teams to launch funnels, automate follow-up, manage pipelines, and support AI-driven workflows.
This is not just a button-clicking role—we’re looking for someone who understands how automation drives revenue.
Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel System Management
- Build and manage sub-accounts
- Configure pipelines, opportunities, and workflows
- Set up triggers, automations, and campaigns
- Funnels & Websites
- Build and optimize landing pages and funnels
I- Integrate forms, calendars, and tracking
Automation & CRM Optimization
- Create advanced workflows (SMS, email, voicemail drops, etc.)
- Improve lead flow, follow-up speed, and conversion rates
- Maintain clean CRM structure and tagging systems
- AI & Conversation Systems
- Assist in setting up AI agents (chat, voice, SMS)
- Build and manage conversation flows and responses
- Optimize for appointment booking and sales conversion
Integrations
- Connect GHL with third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs)
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Reporting & Performance
- Track key metrics (lead response time, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)
- Recommend improvements based on data
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Experience building workflows and automations
- Familiarity with funnels and landing page builders
- Basic understanding of integrations (Zapier, webhooks)
- Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience with AI tools / AI voice agents
- Sales or marketing background
- Copywriting for funnels and SMS/email campaigns
- Experience supporting multiple client accounts (agency environment)
